At the moment of conception the Spirit / Soul in spiritual alignment with the man and woman parents begins to form its human body within it's mother.
After a while the Spirit / Soul begins to think it is the body.
At the moment of death the Spirit / Soul separates from the body and goes back to the Spirit world.
Depending upon its desires, the Spirit / Soul may be drawn back to earth in another incarnation to satisfy its earthly desires.
Saints and Holy Men throughout history have overcome their earthly desires and merged their Spirit / Soul with God their Heavenly Father who is beyond his creation and his creation.
